We responded to a call from Steve L. of Gig Harbor, Washington regarding a basement area that was continuously flooding with ground water seepage. Inspection showed water intrusion throughout with water entering around the perimeter slab/wall cold joint as well as water and silt being pushed though floor cracks by the hydrostatic pressure.  And yes, the before picture is standing water on the floor.

Customer was wanting to get their basement space back and usable for storage as well as protect mechanical systems from damage.

We recommended and installed a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system as well as followed the floor cracks using backless WaterGuard all tied to a SuperSump sump pump system with an UltraSump3 battery back up system to insure the basement stays dry even during a power outage.

After the waterproofing was completed we finished the basement using Basement to Beautiful insulated wall panels, EverLast finish wall panels, and ThermalDry Plank Flooring.

Installalation of an Everlast Crawlspace Access Door. 

After discovering their crawlspace was humid and filled with moisture, a homeowner on Bainbridge Island, Washington contacted CleanSpace Northwest Crawl Space Environment Specialist to find a solution. Our System Design Specialist, Donald B. inspected the crawlspace and knew our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system would be the perfect solution to create a drier, healthier, and more energy efficient crawl space.  The CleanSpace installation included a SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier to keep humidity low, Prevent mold, mildew, rot & odors plus conditions the crawl space providing heathier air in the home above. A Mold-X spray treatment was also used to encapsulate further mold & mildew issues along outside walls and inside dividing walls that had been caused by improper ventilation in the crawl space. The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry. CleanSpace Northwest Encapsulation in a Crawlspace 

A Homeowner in Port Orchard Washington called CleanSpace® Northwest Basement Systems for an encapsulation of a crawl space. The crawl space looked like many other homeowners, with a standard visqueen covering a dirt floor only. The scope of the work included a SmartSump™ Crawl Space Sump Pump System. 

The SmartSump™ is specifically designed for crawl spaces and can provide all the protection you need from leaks and floods.

The SmartSump™ installation came equipped with a cast-iron Zoeller® 1/3 horsepower cast-iron primary pump, CleanPump Stand, airtight lid with airtight floor drain and WaterWatch alarm system. This sump pump is designed to fit with the CleanSpace® liner and has a sump alarm to ensure the homeowner is always aware of any water in the crawl space. Installation was then completed with a discharge line from pump to check valve then to outside location & hook up to IceGuard®. The IceGuard® is to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line.
