We were amazed at the professional and courteous service of Brian and Noah in the leveling of our driveway, patio, and two sidewalks. The concrete was forty years old and had a lot of cracks and unleveled areas. When Marcus met with us he represented the company very well and was very detailed in his analysis and provided an excellent synopsis of the work to be done. Words on a company' website don't mean a lot typically. They are marketing what they want their company to be, but the reality does not always align. This couldn't be further from my experience with Ogburn Construction. From the first contact scheduling the estimate, to the estimate, the initial work, and a follow up to correct an issue, the entire organization is professional, responsive, and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. The owner has a very clear mission statement, but most importantly, he and the organization actual deliver on that promise. Customer service and delivering excellence are at the core of Ogburn and it shows in every interaction. They were always on time, communicated, and delivered on their promise. Ogburn repaired a aggregate sidewalk that had settled over the past 30 years. We were getting water and erosion where the sidewalk met the brick steps. After the first visit to repair the issue and secondary issue arose where water pooled to about 3/4 inch in an area about 18"x30". I was concerned about the safety should water freeze and cause an injury to my family or visitors. I sent pictures for the team to evaluate, which they did very quickly, and they came for a second evaluation. Today they returned and corrected the issue. Again, with every interaction, they listened to my concern, talked through various options and were very honest about the realistic outcomes. I would highly recommend them for any concrete repair. I wish we had more companies that operated with their level of commitment to the customer and delivering exceptional outcomes. Seriously, at least give them a chance to evaluate and estimate any concrete repairs you need.

Ogburn did an amazing job leveling and repairing our cracked driveway. We needed the job done quickly to avoid further damage and they came out ASAP and even had the job scheduled and DONE that same week (unlike a competitor who couldn’t get the job done for almost 3 months!). They were super responsive from the beginning- Stephen was very patient and informative with us during the quoting process and Brian was on time and very thorough during the repair. Needed two porches leveled where they had settled and sunk near the house. Ogburn Construction sent an appraiser who did an evaluation and explained what the process would involve. He gave us an estimate on the spot which we accepted. The crew showed up within two weeks and completed the job in one day. Porches look great and water falling on the concrete now flows away from the house as it should. The two man crew that showed up to do the work was very professional and efficient. Very satisfied with the experience and the results.

Thank you for a great customer service experience. Starting with Sierra and her arranging the appointments and then following up several times. Then Brian met me at the property and took the time to make a detailed estimate and to explain the process. Then the A Team, Donovan and Kevin. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and said that if I had any questions, just ask. If I have any special concerns, just ask. If I have any suggestions, just ask. They worked steadily the whole time, showed me what they were doing and explained how the process worked. Because of the rain on what would have been day two, they came back three days later and finished. They were professional and courteous the whole time and displayed both a great attitude and sense of humor. On the second day, Tyler showed up to check on them! All in all, the quality of the team explains the absolute quality of the finished product. Our driveway looks great. Danielle was great at keeping me informed on the timeline for the work and any service interruptions to that date. Brian did the work on the porch. He was very informative about what he was going to do when he started work. He was extremely efficient in the process, very quick to move from task to task. He cleaned as he went from task to task. You would never know the amount of work he did during this project. Ogburn Construction built a garage for me. Stephen Ogburn is their estimator and point man for the project. He coordinated the job and was easy to work with and prompt with responses to questions we had along the way. The location of the garage was a difficult spot to reach due to the layout of the house and lots around the house. But they figured out exactly how to get each step accomplished. It was amazing to see something built from the ground up. The garage is a 2 car garage with a studio space making it essentially the size of a 3 car garage. Electrical, plumbing and communication is in the garage as well. I cannot say enough at how pleased I am with their work.

Keswick, VA- Here, we have a unlevel, slab on grade, concrete floor. We used PolyLevel to fill in the voids underneath the slab and to lift it back into place.

Troy -- To repair this customer's concrete we used our two-part concrete protection services. First, we use our PolyLevel foam to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete slabs. Then, we use our NexusPro to fill in the joints and the cracks of the concrete. What a change!

Troy -- This customer was noticing substantial cracking in there concrete walkway and was unhappy with the existing joints in their concrete. Using our NexusPro we were able to fill in the cracking and joints of the concrete slabs. The NexusPro will protect the ground underneath the concrete from further deterioration.

Concrete Lifting/Leveling in Troy

Troy -- The concrete slabs in front of this porch were uneven and at a slant that the customer was not happy with. Using our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro we were able to remedy that issue. Our PolyLevel was used to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete slabs with the front steps. And the NexusPro was used to fill in the joints of the concrete and give the concrete a smooth surface. A new panel will be added on the bottom step, but now the concrete is even!

Concrete Leveling in Palmyra, VA

Palmyra, VA: Here we have a slab that is dipping and sinking on one end. It also is riddled with cracks. We used our PolyLEVEL foam injection technology to bring that slab right back up, flush, and even with their door. We also went ahead and used our NexusPRO caulking agent to fill in any cracked areas and joints. They even got a five-year warranty included!

Palmyra -- To repair this concrete patio we used our two-part Concrete Protection Services. First, we use our PolyLevel foam. We inject it underneath the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete slabs.
