Overall the work done exceeded our expectations. We have a very small leak in one of the drain pipes but that is not a big deal. I am very happy with the job. We had rain the day after the job was complete. The sump pumps worked perfectly. I have never seen our crawl space so dry. Also our basement does not have water running down the middle of it any more.

Not convinced I got top notch install. There were quite a few blocks damaged. Where I had no seepage in block wall before...definitely compromised wall integrity of wall and structure. Now hidden by vapor barrier plastic sheet. Can't help but worry. It will be hidden by wall in finished area but unfinised area looks less than stellar.I will be very pleased if it works as advertised, but time will tell.

I would like to personally thank everyone who helped us during the repairs of our home. In addition, we also purchased a dehumidifier and had our crawl space under the house encapsulated. Steve Price did a great job inspecting our home and coming up with a solution to solve our problems under the house with moisture. Did a good job on the install. Some things seemed either rushed or not done completly proporly. Finish on the new concrete is a bit rough. Overall the experience was positive and the system seems to be working proporly.

Very few, if any other companies offer the crawlspace fixes that [company] does. Their advertising on the web page and in the Crawl Space Science book they sent us were very convincing. We were looking for a contractor that could solve the high humidity problem causing mold in our crawlspace. This condition was mostly caused by a poorly installed radon removal system. [company]'s CleanSpace Encapsulation System solved the problem. It works well with our radon system and it gives us additional storage space.
