From my first correspondence with Frontier I was so impressed with the level of courtesy and service! When was the last time we have been able to say that about anything anymore? To be mailed a complete bio of my service rep before he even contacted me was just amazing! Tim Sapp was such a delight to work with, and all the servicemen that came out were equally as friendly and professional as he was. I am so impressed with Frontier Basement Systems! Yes, it was a sizable investment, for me, as a single woman and as a new homeowner of an older house, but I knew the work had to be done to protect my investment for years to come. I contacted Frontier even before I knew of Dave Ramsey's endorsement! I had chosen them for my work and THEN I heard Dave raving about them, so I knew then that I had made the right choice. From Tim Sapp, to Evilio, to all the other fellows that worked on my job, I am completely overjoyed at the work that was done at my home, in fact, when my plumbing was repaired recently, my service man was bowled over at the way my crawlspace looks. I will never have to worry about any workman groaning about crawling under MY house! My guess is that whenever I need work done under my house, it will be a contest to see which serviceman gets the pleasure of working at MY home! Thanks!

The encapsulation system is expensive, and I knew that going into the initial call. I had done my homework and had a ballpark figure based on my square footage and what I pretty well knew needed to be done. The final number was at the high end, but I was willing to pay top dollar for quality products and quality work. I have yet to see if the system actually performs as well as advertised, but the products themselves and the workmanship of the installation crew were most certainly as advertised. I will know more about the performance of the system after a few months, but I fully expect to see an improvement in my energy costs as well as eliminating the musty odor I was getting from my crawlspace.

Installation of the Clean Space at my home performed by Frontier Basement Systems has totally changed our quality of living. The air in our home is now free of damp earthy smells. Bill B. noticed some cracks in the foundation walls of his Clarksville, TN home. Worried about the structural integrity of his property, he called Frontier Basement Systems for help. Upon inspection, the company's certified foundation repair technician detected a foundation settlement issue, which was causing the basement wall cracks. To fix that problem, steel piers were driven deep into the ground to a depth where the strata is compact enough to support the building structure. Braces attached to the piers were then used to lift the foundation and, as it was raised back into its original position, the cracks closed and disappeared. Bill is very happy with the results and the fact that he will never have to worry about his home's foundation again. His house is back on solid ground, for life. Frontier did an awesome job working with me on the perfect basement waterproofing system for my house. From the site survey and system options to the installation of the actual system (a combination of WaterGuard and DryTrak), their team of experts performed at a professional level throughout. Even after the terms of the contract were settled and Santos (and crew) were installing the system, an issue was identified early during floor demolition and the installation team notified me immediately. With some minor system modifications and installation techniques, they were back in business with the install and still managed to complete the job within their estimated 2.5 days. I was highly impressed with their pattented water proofing systems, their knowledgeable sales professional, and their experienced installation team. Overall, I would rate Frontier Basement Systems a 5 out of 5 stars!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Concrete repair in Hiseville.

As you can see from the before picture, there was a huge crack in this concrete. It was causing some serious tripping hazards as well as being unsightly and the homeowners wanted to get it fixed. We were able to do PolyLevel injections and lift and level the slab back to its original position.

Sunken Concrete Front Porch Lifted and Sealed in Cave City, KY

This Kentucky home had an unpleasant looking porch that had shifted and became uneven. This created not only an eyesore and cracks but also a tripping hazard. The homeowners knew they needed to find a permanently fix before anything got worse and the value of the home decreased.

They called us and we knew exactly what to do!

We started by leveling the concrete slab porch with PolyLevel by injecting the foam below the concrete. PolyLevel's lightweight makes it useful where denser fill material might impose an undesirable load on weak soils. Despite its lightweight, PolyLevel can support substantial loads; it typically provides greater lifting power than mudjacking.

After lifting the slab, it was time to seal the cracks to make sure no more water infiltrated the cracks. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry! NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
