I do think that one of the piers was not cut off at the top properly and the removed patio cobblestones did not fit back into place and I paid someone to come in and cut and place new cobblestones. But I had to have someone come in anyway because when the sunroom floor was leveled it was raised up to the point of being obvious from the outside. I am overall very happy with the projects.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a fabulous crew you sent to our home. We had crawl space trenching and sump pump installation done at our house on August 5-6. Wesley and his crew of three guys did the work. I was very impressive by the crew. They were very professional, polite, and pleasant to have around. The work they did was difficult, as our house has rock under it in some places. Regardless, they did a thorough job, hammering through the rock in several locations. Wesley suggested a pump discharge location that was visually much better than the one I had in mind, even though it required extra work and pipe. Finally the clean-up the crew did was very thorough. They wiped down door handles, swept, and cleaned up every stray rock. One crew member even asked if I could use any extra rock in my landscaping and filled in one area beautifully. You never know what you are going to get when you have work done at your home. I am very glad that we chose TerraFirma and will definitely recommend you, should anyone I know need your services. Living in the northwest means you are going to get rain. In theory it is supposed to stay on the outside of your house. We have developed a nice little lake in our basement. Whenever it rains the basement floods a little, so we have to keep all our storage off the ground. We don't have to worry about that anymore. TerraFirma took care of my flooded basement with some drainage devises and most importantly a sump pump. Ryan was sincere and knowledgeable. Significant settling on these two lots. There must have been some underground spring or pipe burst here because only these two lots on our whole property were seeing the settling and sinking. I first noticed the problem after a tenant moved out and we were preparing for another family to move in. There were cracks in the wall that I had not noticed before. I check the neighboring lots and could only see cracks in the two lots. Jason Klein came out to take measurements and give an estimate. The foundations on both houses had sunk nearly two inches. Being an owner of many properties, these things need to be taken care of immediately or they just keep getting worse and the price keeps going up to repair.
