Extremely well organized, use drop sheets all over area they walk on, use external air extraction and kept working area sealed to minimize dust thoughout the house. Work done per schedule even work outside was performed using drop sheets to keep lane clean. Would use their service again but hope I don't need to Thanks

After months of chaos and disarray since our home was flooded in January 2008, we were finally feeling relieved and hopeful.  As the date when the installation of the Atlantic Basement Systems was completed, we have seen validated our months of researching a solution, as well as long days spent stripping the damaged area of flooring, wallboard, insulation, ruined furnishings, books, and art work, prior to your arrival.  After reconstruction and redecorating and the installation of your flooring in June, we are confident that we will recover a home that is sounder than ever, dry and clear of flood risk. We’d like to commend you, Corey, on your presentation and Karen for the follow-up communications, and with equal strength, we thank Chris for the respect, consideration and thorough professionalism offered us while your team was on site. Given that we were living in the house during the process, the fact that you discussed your daily goals, informed us of necessary changes to your plan, established a time frame for each day and departed only after ensuring that the interior and exterior work areas were clean and clear of debris, meant a great deal to us.  We continue to appreciate that you spent the time to guarantee that a challenging project was completed to a very high standard. The Atlantic Basement Systems 3-man work crew arrived at my home early on the day in August 2009 that we had previously agreed and by noon the following day the job was done, including clean-up. The work was highly organized and was executed with unusual efficiency. A particular requirement that I wanted met was politely entertained and although it delayed matters, it was taken care of for me. And not least, each member of the crew treated my wife and I courteously throughout the work and ensured that their presence in our home was as unobtrusive as possible. I am well satisfied with the professional manner with which the basement system was installed and I anticipate that when it is called upon to function it will do so effectively.

We have been subjected to spring thaw flooding problems over the past number of years and finally realized something had to be done before severe damage resulted due to this situation. This is the first spring after your company put in extra drainage under the floor of my basement and I would just like to share the improvements.  The water penetration problem of the last 28 years has vanished and there is a 99% improvement.  There is not more water puddling or intrusion.  The new heavy duty humidifier rarely engages.  Very clearly your solution has worked and I certainly can report that to any future inquiries of your work.  Thanks for a solution that worked !! Atlantic Basement Systems came to our home to repair a leak in you basement.  While breaking through the cement floor they hit the main water supply to our house.  Who know it would be located under the floor ? The water break caused a major problem as water from the main line was coming into  our basement.  The Atlantic Basement Systems employees had to do some fast thinking to stop  Major flood of our basement.  They managed to slow the water down  and then used a vacuum to suck up the water and then dump it into our laundry tub.  They had to continue this process for six hours as the water could not be shut off because the man shut off valve  was ceased and the shut off on the road would not shut off either. The owner of Atlantic Basement Systems, Corey Walkling was called by his foreman Chris McCarthur and Corey came right away to help and try and get plumbers and collaborate with the property Management office.  After much frustration, they finally found a plumber who advised he could fix the problem without turning off the water.  They finally got the water line repaired by 5:00 pm. After a tiring day, I suggested they come back another day to complete the repair, they decided to stay and complete the job. I would like to thank the Atlantic Basemen t Systems employees for their fast thinking and determined effort to overcome what could have been a disaster for me. I highly recommend Megacorp, Property Management Group, continue to hire Atlantic Basement Systems to repair any leaky basements as they are dedicated and very professional.  They made sure I was satisfied and as far as I am concerned they went above and beyond what they were hired to do.
