I was waiting for a large rainfall to test out my new basement system, which finally we received on May 31st. I am happy to report the basement has remained dry. I was a bit nervous due to the fact in the past even a light rainfall would result in water in the basement area. Thank you for correcting this problem!!

To be honest it was your professionalism in handling the quoting process and the quick response times that made us decide to go with your company. We typically only let people work on our house that we know personally or have been referred to us by people we know well. So I was nervous to just go based on a google search and looking at the online feedback on the company. We were so impressed with the services. We will sleep well tonight knowing that our basement is waterproofed! Your installation crew was absolutely amazing. Your foreman deserves a bonus. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with all the work that was done. Even when faced with some challenges in our basement especially with the stairs. He was a miracle worker with an obstacle that I didn't think they would be able to fix. He kept us updated every step of the way, and when we had concerns he went out of his way to address them. Only had one small hiccup, my down payment was not included in the final bill, however a quick call to Omni Basement Systems and they verified the down payment was applied just not updated on the foreman's copy. They called the foreman and corrected the pricing!

Jamie spent time explaining procedures and the best option for us. But the time he left we felt that Omni was truly interested in the job. Brochures and books were informative and explained a lot about the problems with water in the basement. Some contractors spend 10 to 15 mins stating a quote, and the job they will do, but Jamie spend several hours explaining the job!

This was the second time we had Omni come in to solve our basement water problem. Five years ago we had them in to treat 3/4 of our basement we could get access to. That experience was so good that we called them on very short notice to do the same to the remaining 1/4 of the foundation we now had access to. The first job was to treat a serious leaking foundation issue. The second was a lesser issue but still one. The amazing part is that Omni was able to quickly respond to the most recent issue. The work was done within a day. Our basement has been dry ever since they did their work 5 years ago. We are very pleased and would heartily recommend them. Good, clean, caring and professional service.

New Sump pump System in Port Burwell, On

Kevin & Angela were looking for a new sump system along with waterproofing in their Port Burwell home. This will be a 2 stage project. First stage is to install our Triplesafe sump pump system and stage 2 will be to come back and waterproof the entire basement.

Crawlspace entrance door in Port Rowan, ON

Keith & Joanne wanted a clean, dry space to store their summer outdoor furniture. Part of the process was to have a custom door made for the entrance way. Also they need a drain to the sump sytem to stop water from building up at the door.

Omni basement made a custom entrance door using the Everlast door panel. The door had to be custom fit for this crawlspce. They also added a drain that goes directly to the sump pump.

Wall Crack repair in Tillsonburg, On

Valerie has a home in Tillsonberg; sitting on a poured concrete foundation. Like many homes of this type of construction, they experience, at some point, a wall crack that needs to be repaired. The most common places for wall cracks to appear are in the bottom corner of windows or the beam pockets. These are the most stress of a foundation wall. In this case it is in the bottom corner of the beam pocket. Omni Basement systems performed a wall crack repair using the patented Flexispan repair. This repair has a lifetime warranty that is transferrable.

Crawlspace in turkey Point (No more spiders)

Our ustomer had a beautiful lakeside home in Turkey Point that they wanted to protect. It had a leaaking problem and sagging floors from humidity.

Omni Basement Systems encapsulated and waterproofed the crawlspace and added addition support to the main beam with SmartJack galvanized house jack system

The first step was to waterproof with Smartpipe drainage system which drans to the SmartSump designed speccifically for crawlspace that have encapsulated.

The next Step was to Encapsulate the Crawlspace using our very own moisture barrier called CleanSpace. Cleanspace is a 20mil thick, 7layer poly which is sealed and fastened permanently against the walls and piers.

Finally we add support to the existing beam using our fully galvanized and adjustable Smartjacks

As per our customer "for the first time in twenty years, I have no Spiders in the upstairs of the house"

Damp Crawlspace Overhaul in Delhi

This Delhi customer called us in to do a complete overhaul of their damp crawlspace. They had water on their floor as well as other moisture concerns.

Omni came in and cleaned, insulated and waterproofed the entire space.

We installed our SaniDry CX which drains directly into our SuperSump and is pumped outside, keeping the space nice and dry. We also insulated and sealed it off with our complete CleanSpace encapsulation System

Interior waterproofing in Simcoe, ON

John is a repeat customer of Omni Basement Systems. He is doing renovations in his Simcoe, ON home and wanted to waterproof the area that he is working on. Omni installed the patented drain system, WaterGuard, and a wall membreane called Cleanspace.

new Sump pump in Norwich, ON

Branden needed some waterproofing in his house in Norwich, On. Along with the interior waterproofing, Omni Basement systems installed the SuperSump Plus Sump system. The SuperSump Plus is a single pump sump but with a big difference. The Plus means that we use a larger pit which will not only hold more water but if the need ever arises, Omni can add a second pump down the road.

Bill B. in Port Dover, on was having some inter waterproofing done and this job included a new Sump pump System. Omni Basement Systems recommended the SuperSump plus. The SuperSump plus is a single pump system that comes in an oversized pit. If in the future it is determined that another sump is required, there will be room for the second pump. Also added is our Ultrasump4 battery back up system.

Chris had a builder grade pump system that he wanted to upgrade to a more reliable system with a sealed lid. Omni Basement SYstems installed the incredible SuperSump with an airtight lid, Zoeller pump, water watch alarm and an airtight floor drain.
