The crew was very polite and tried to be practically invisible. Shawn ran in to issues with the plan (due to the location of the steps and where the sub pup was originally suppose to go) being a renter I couldn't approve these things. He thought on his toes and still got all the info (calling the realtor and owner) and seemed to be very good at quick thinking and problem solving. All the guys were very nice and professional. The work got done a lot quicker than I expected and they even hooked back up the dryer for me. Pretty great!!

Basement Doctor did a first rate job. Very professional crew with attention to detail. Harry and Cory did a fantastic job for us. The basement looks great. A word of caution on the flooring material. It is prone to dimpling from heavy point loads such as chair legs or shelf stands unless you have large wheels or pads under them.

We decided to try Basement Drs. Our foundational problem was serious and extensive. Just when we thought it was bad, it got much worse. However, they were able to come up with a plan to correctly address all the issues (which were many). Donny DiPalma and Matt came up with a plan that worked. Both Patrick Weatherholt and Mike Pritt (overseeing both projects) were really good and attentive in their work. They both displayed great integrity. TJ, Cortland, and Corey did a great job encapsulating my crawlspace. They worked very hard and paid close attention to the details in the job they did for me. They used the CleanSpace thick mill vapor barrier, and spray foamed my rim joists and sill plates. This has helped with humidity, dust, keeping tiny critters and bugs out, and making the HVAC's job easier. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their crawlspace encapsulated.

I work in a business where getting positive feedback doesn't happen all that often but I know it is a good feeling when it DOES happen because I have been there a time or two. I have to tell you that I have nothing but positive feelings towards your company from the first time your sales rep, Steve Purdon, came out to give me the estimate. He was very nice and professional. He explained things in detail about what would take place (and how noisy it would be). He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was a very nice gentleman who, even after his part was done, stopped back by during the work to see how the crew was doing because he knew it would be a difficult job. Now enter your work crew headed by Ryan Watson. Also included in the crew were Allen Cason, Pete Schaffer, Brian Zimmerman, and Justin Everitt. You have a group of very hard-working, courteous, nice young men in your company. They are very organized and they keep a clean (or as clean as possible) work space, sweeping up each day after they already put in a VERY hard days work so that if I had to go downstairs for anything, I would track the least amount back up the stairs. They got the job done efficiently and I was amazed at how much they got done in one day each and every day. I never heard a negative comment come out of any mouth. They were just as nice at the end of every day as they were in the beginning, even though they had to be completely exhausted. They still left with a smile on their faces and a promise to be back and do it all over again the next day and they never failed to live up to their promises. In essence, I just want to tell you what a great group of people you have working for you who don't slack for even a minute. I was very impressed and I will definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs a "basement doctor" in the future. I wasn't sure who to call and I have to admit that I called a few people because of that. I didn't talk to anyone else in person and I stopped looking after I met with Steve. Thank you for making a very bad thing (flooded basement) turn into a very positive experience and please pass on to all of the people mentioned in this letter my sincere thanks and appreciation.

This pretty home had a concrete driveway/sidewalk that was falling apart. We put it back together with PolyLeveling foam and NexusPro sealant.

This home had a crawlspace and a basement. This basement/crawlspace was made of poured concrete walls which were leaking water. This was considered one of our bigger jobs as we installed, Waterguard, CleanSpace, a SuperSump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also sprayed Anabec cleaner and spray foam insulation to clean the mold and keep the basement insulated.

A crawl space before CleanSpace was installed in Xenia, OH

We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System in Xenia, Ohio. The crawl space had some pink fiberglass insulation that had started to fall down, and there was no vapor barrier installed. A vapor barrier is important to keep moisture from entering the crawl space. Moisture in a crawl space can cause mold, musty odors, and wood rot.

This home needed to be waterproofed because the owners were tired of dealing with mold and their storage getting wet. We were able to help by setting up our interior perimeter drainage system with WaterGuard connected to one of our Ultra Sumps.

This home's front porch was sinking into the soil. The sinking was resulting in gaps between the porch and the home. We aimed to seal the porch back to the home using PolyLevel foam, which is injected under the porch. The foam expands, and raises the porch back to a precise, calculated level. We then seal the reduced gaps using NexusPro sealant, which will not allow water to reach into the cracks.

This basement in Leesburg, Ohio had leaking wall cracks. We resolved this issue by installing BrightWall paneling over the crack, which will channel the leaks down to the water management system to be drained away.

This customer in Fairborn, Ohio was having trouble keeping moisture and water out of their basement. Their biggest issues were mold resulting in pathogens, and their main storage area in the house was no longer trusted to store valuables! After they had one of our certified inspectors come take a look at their problems, they realized what they needed. The Triplesafe sump pump combined with our waterguard drainage system and Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was a perfect solution. After our production team took extra care to cover their valuables, they got busy and completed the job in no time. Now, not only does our customer not have to worry about storing valuables in their basement, they get great air to breathe in and have a great peace of mind!
