This experience has been well worth it! After a very heavy few days of rain in the spring, we called Wes about waterproofing our basement, instantly got a quote and then were on the books for repair. Brent and his crew installed the system during another set of heavy rain days and it has been a huge relief to not see water again. The crew was professional, efficient, and updated us with each step. At the end, they reviewed the system, cleaned everything up, and asked if there was anything else we needed. It has been a relief to know that we will no longer have water in our basement! I would highly recommend Mid-State Basement Systems to anyone who dreams of a dry basement!Wes was so incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. He called us throughout the process to keep us updated and worked with us when another contractor didn't come through for our demolition. He came to our house on the first day to check in with the crew and make sure we were educated on what was happening and asked if we had any questions. Him and the crew even came up with some solutions to move a few other things that would make our remodel more aesthetically appealing! He checked in upon completion to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and has said he will be available if we need anything else in the future.Brent & the crew were professional, efficient, and updated us with each step. Zach was knowledgeable and patient as we decided which services we really needed. I never felt like it was a hard sell and he came back several times to confirm. The crew called to ask if they could install three days earlier than scheduled, arrived when they said they would, and were very conscientious about mask wearing and keeping our house clean. They covered our washer/dryer and other items to prevent them from getting dirty; they were friendly and professional. Plus, they left the place cleaner than they found it!

After I submitted my contact form I received a callback 15 minutes afterwards to discuss my issue I was having with my basement. Corey was very professional and informative. He doesn’t push services or products on customers. On the day of services, Manuel arrived and explained the process of uninstalling and installing the new sump pump motor and the outside drain. John T came out at our request to look at our basement. It was filled with stuff. We met with several companies and were most impressed with John both in how he presented the material, handled questions about other companies, and the product he showed us. He also seemed to listen well to our questions and made it a point to explain things. Nick, Nate, and Joey were the team members that actually fixed our basement. We had walls that were bowing, some water in the basement, and we thought one corner of the house was sinking. In the end, some of the original plan was changed once we had things cleared out. The final cost ended up being less because they said we didn't need to do some of the work since the problems weren't' as suspected. Nick, Nate, and Joey were great to work with. They were on time, careful of our stuff, explained each step to us, answered all our questions, went above and beyond in helping with a couple of extra things. They cleaned everything up well, didn't use foul language, and were just all around nice guys. We would totally recommend the company and all the people we have worked with; no buyer's remorse at all.

They were on time and performed all work professionally. Along with adding carbon fiber on a bowing wall they also worked in our crawl space and we can now use it as it should be used to store items such as Christmas decorations. The carbon fiber strips look great as well. They cleaned up as well. If someone had come over a couple of hours later and went into our basement they would never had known work was done a couple of hours earlier! Highly recommended!

HIGHLY recommend Mid-State Basement Systems for crawlspace work. I had sagging beams that were causing my walls to separate and cause drywall cracks in walls. Amazing experience start to finish. I have had so many bad experiences with contractors over the past few years. Corey came our, evaluated the issues. Explained it in detail how and why their system works. When we were ready, I was put on the schedule quickly. The guys that came out to do the work were polite, professional and cleaned up after they were finished. Kept me updated to the process they were doing. It was so nice to finally have good service and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I had many companies come to evaluate our issues, persistent water in crawl space. Not one company talked to me in a respectful way, some never called back.
