This commercial electrical renovation project called for a complete lighting upgrade. The old lighting was no longer efficient and was in desperate need of being replaced. We removed all of the existing fixtures and installed all new custom-led fixtures in place of them. As you can see from the photos the existing fixtures were outdated. These fixtures were replaced with new linear fixtures as well as pendant-type fixtures to allow for a much more inviting and usable atmosphere. The fixtures are controlled by various lighting controls including daylight harvesting sensors to help conserve energy during those bright sunny days.  

As a new housing complex is being erected, Marlock Electric, Inc. is working hard to complete the six buildings and recreation center for  the 33 unit development now in phase II. The units are all newly built and will serve the community at large. We are a proud partner for this project and look forward to its completion in the very near future. 

We were able to accommodate this Henrietta, NY homeowner with a professional installation of his pre-purchased Generac whole house generator. Our project estimator went through the needs of the homeowner and helped him to identify what would best suit his needs. Our professional installers were able to get the electric and plumbing done all in one day to get the Generac generator up and running. Another home saved from a power outage with a whole house standby generator. 

This cottage home was remodeled with "family" in mind. The area pre-build was a tiny and cramped space and now allows for friends and family year-round for a quick get-away or a long relaxing vacation. The lighting added gives the fireplace area definition and class.

We supplied this customer with an upgraded panel and were able to bring the meter to the exterior of his home for easier access for the electric company readings. The job was completed in only a couple of hours and the customer was truly pleased. 

We recently started working on this new fitness center in Victor, NY. Adding lighting, circuitry as well as a new service in this approximately 3,200sf facility that will allow clients to work on cardiovascular and strength training. The project has completed and the new owners are very excited with the final look the lighting has given. 

We had the pleasure of working with Orange Theory Fitness to do their electrical work for a new facility they were constructing. They needed a polished professional grade look and they needed it done right so they called us. We were able to stay on schedule and make sure all their electrical needs were taken care of.

Recently purchased formal dining room upgraded lighting was requested by the interior decorator to give the room a more illuminated area when guests convene in the room. Several new can lights were added along with dimmers to give the room a subtle glow when needed as well. The new can lighting compliments the beautiful crystal chandelier that hangs over the formal table. 

This customer's meter was moved to the exterior of the home so the electric company could read the meter easier and to bring it up to code. The meter was originally in the basement next to the panel box. As you can see in the first picture, the meter was not there until after our technicians relocated it.

This customer in Rochester wanted her service upgraded from a 100 amp to a 200 amp. As you can see, the meter in the first picture was moved to the outside of the home to meet standards of the National Electric Code.
