We began by calling the office and had an engineer come out to see the problem. Jeff Nero was here for hours going over all my concerns and questions. He was very informative to make sense of the complicated issue. They quickly gave me a quote and I scheduled the installation. Jesus and his crew showed up on time and finished well within the time said. I feel great that i went ahead and used this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the right solution the first time.

This folks were great. After some initial confusion with the telephone staff concerning what I needed, the process went as smooth as silk. The salseman arrived right on time and spent several hours evaluating my needs, making recommendations, and answering my questions in detail. The salesman followed up during the installation. And the installation crew also showed up right on time, and finished the job within the timeframe expected. As part of the job, they cleaned out my crawl space which was quite messy, and there was not as much as a sliver of trash remaining, either in the crawl space or outside, when they were through. They also installed jacks to support my main beam, installed CleanSpace encapsulation, a drain, insulation, and doors for the openings. When they were through, if it were not for the fact that the crawl space is only two feet high, I could live in the space! This was tough, dirty work, and they did a great job all around. I will contact these folks again when I am ready to consider foundation repair.

I was originally referred to Quality 1st Basement Systems through a friend who had a drain system installed in the past. The problem that I was facing was that I had been having water seepage through my basement, which was creating a lot of moisture, and gave my basement a horrid smell. He knows exactly what kind of solution to implement. Ken is extremely experienced, very polite and always helpful in case of some schedule minor problems. If you want an outstanding designer performance, call Ken. The job in my house was pretty big and we had three different crews working on different things. The number of crew members was always 3, but one of them was always highly experienced and one of them was still in the process of learning. I specifically would like to mention the crew of Esau which came first. Their job was so hard, but they did not relax at all until they completed it; the second team of Fernando Cardoza worked also very hard and the third crew of Mario Barron came recently to complete the job working until 7:30 in the evening without any complains and only smiling. For all of crews I can only say thanks, for your excellent job. All the crews cover the stairs, some furniture left in the basement and all of them clean thoroughly after finishing the job. No garbage was left for us to take care of. Very helpful. It was recommended by my plumber as the only company which can propose and implement the right solution.

Concrete Leveling at Grocery Store

A local grocery store had uneven concrete sidewalks which were presenting a problem for customers. The concrete had sunken more than 2" in some areas. Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLEVEL into the sidewalks to raise the slabs back to their original levels. PolyLEVEL sets in under 15 seconds so business was not disturbed and the concrete has been repaired.
