Jason and his crew literally saved my life! They were in the crawl space starting to do the work when Jason came and knocked on the door and asked me to go down with him to the crawlspace. He asked me if i smelled anything, and i didn't, but it was gas leaking. He showed me where it was coming from and i immediately called the gas company. There was JUST an explosion of a home not far from me from a gas leak, so you can imagine my fear! I sat in the car waiting for the Gas Company, and when they got there, Jason went with the rep and talked to him like he was my husband protecting me. We came to find out there were explosive levels of gas leaking, but Jason and his crew stayed calm as cucumbers, just making sure i was ok.Before all of this happened, at 76 years young, i had to crawl under the home to read the gas meter and submit the reading, but since Jason talked to the rep, he even went above and beyond and asked them to put a meter outside so i wouldn't have to do that anymore! Jason, Calvin and Zach literally saved my life, and my home, and made it better by installing the Cleanspace and other products too. I'm so grateful for the Dry Guys team!

The entire process took only 1 day. The crew led by Filip was excellent. They were as neat and quiet as they could be (no small feat when jackhammers are involved!). Everyone worked diligently and efficiently. I was kept apprised of the entire process and updated as to progress throughout the project. Since the job was completed last Friday, it has rained quite a bit. Not a drop of water in my basement! Mission accomplished!

I am a first time homeowner and know absolutely nothing about sump pumps. When the basement started to get water in it I wasn't sure what to do. Asked several people with all different recommendations. Then I was driving through Woodstown one day and saw an advertisement for Dry Guys. I thought this is a sign to call a professional and get a free quote. After scheduling the quote I went onto the website and was amazed at all the information. Not only was the salesman professional and helpful but everyone I dealt with was more than pleasant and made the experience very \"unpainful\". I would like to please recommend Karl and Scott for the \"WOW Service Award\". They were so informative and answered all of my questions (and there were a lot). Karl and Scott made me a believer that this company tells the truth! The basement was done in one day, beautiful job! They even helped provide guidance on blocking my cat door to the basement so my cats couldn't get into the concrete. I cannot thank these young gentleman enough.
