Quality 1st Contracting

Our Quality 1st Basement Systems team came to the rescue for this property owner in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The concrete sidewalk was sinking and cracking, and if this had gone without repair, it could pose a dangerous tripping hazard to pedestrians. Our Quality 1st crew replaced the old concrete and installed brand new concrete that is safe to walk on!

This property owner in Westampton, New Jersey was looking to replace the catch basin on their property. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our crew was able to get to work and replace it! Now, there is no concern about overflowing water or water not being properly drained. 

Quality 1st Contracting was called upon to completely renovate the sign at the Lawrence Township Municipal Building. The old sign was small, wooden and not as sturdy. Project Manager, Kevin, oversaw Quality 1st Contracting Foreman Tommy Orgokowski and his crew to remove the old sign and replace it with a brand new concrete, brick and stucco sign. This sign sits directly on a main highway and is clearly visible and sturdy. This has been a great addition to the town! 

There was a pooling of water at one of the condo units at Stone Run II in Bedminster, New Jersey. Quality 1st installed new drainage pipe, clean stone and a lawnscape outlet to remediate the problem. The picture on the left is during the installation process and the right view is after the shrubs were re-installed at the property.

With help from Quality 1st Concrete, our concrete division, we were able to replace all the front walkway areas of this community in Far Hills, NJ.

Quality 1st Contracting was called in to fix the problem of an uneven pavement at the Villages at Summerfield in Dayton, NJ. A portion of the concrete had sunk into the ground, and it had created a large gap. This caused a major tripping hazard, and was dangerous to anyone who was walking in the Condo Association. Thankfully Quality 1st Contracting was able to lift the sunken and settled concrete with the use of PolyLEVEL. The PolyLEVEL Polyurethane Injection System took less than a day and is cheaper, faster, and cleaner than mud jacking, The walkway is now leveled and looks like new, with most importantly NO TRIP HAZARDS. 

The offices of Executive Property Management located in North Brunswick, New Jersey decided to contact Quality 1st Contracting when they needed some concrete leveling for a sunken and settled concrete slab.

Quality 1st Contracting was contacted by the Property Manager of The Ponds, located in Monroe Township. The sidewalks in The Ponds were cracked and separating from each other. Residents were not only concerned of the tripping hazards but also were afraid someone could get seriously hurt since they were no longer safe to walk on. Commercial Account Executive, Jessica long, was sent out to inspect the sidewalks and provide a solution. 

Project Manager, Santiago Torres and his crew were able to remove the old sidewalk and create a new, safe sidewalk for the community to use.

This garage door in Monroe Township. NJ had taken quite a hit. The homeowners called Quality 1st Contracting to come out and inspect the damage. 

A brand new garage door was installed and looks beautiful!
