I just wanted to let you now that we are extremely happy with your company and your services. From the the time we made the original call and booked the pour, to the day the delivery was made. Everyone was so kind and the driver was very helpful the entire time he was at the property. He was very nice and polite. I will highly recommend your company to anyone, and if we need your service in the future we will definitely use your company again.

I wanted to take the time to give commendations about your staff there at Quality Concrete.  Your company is small enough to be personable with customers and large enough to be helpful with large commercial jobs. Kelley was helpful with our order and worked with Brenda in making sure that we were prepared for the cold weather during the delivery.  The driver, Sean was was patient and cooperative as we tried to find a good location to dump the concrete.  Thank you and your team for such great service and we look forward to working with you guys again.

Sunken Concrete at Gwynedd Train Station

SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) had several settlement issues on two rail lines at a road crossing in Ambler, Pennsylvania. The 14” thick concrete slabs supporting the track had settled in areas as much as 1-7/8”.

Quality Concrete used the PolyLEVEL Polyurethane Injection System to resolve the problem. PolyLEVEL is a two-part urethane that, when combined, expands into a waterproof, rigid foam that is used to fill voids, stabilize slabs, and lift concrete. The installation of PolyLEVEL began by drilling penny-sized injection holes into the concrete slab. Next, using specialized equipment, approximately 500 hundred pounds of PolyLEVEL was injected below the slab through 96 injection areas. The concrete was then lifted back to its original position.

The retaining wall for a sewer drainage system in Old Bridge, NJ was eroded and needed additional support. Jay, Senior Concrete Specialist, was in charge of making the delivery. The area that was being poured was not accessible by the concrete truck, so an extension chute was used to get the concrete from the truck down to the retaining wall area.
