I've had the necessity to utilize 5 of the technicians from Pipeworks over the last several weeks for various projects. Alex, Brent, Kevin, Jimmy and Lloyd and can not say enough about their dedication to making sure the jobs were done right and to our satisfaction. On two occasions, the techs were here for several hours and well into the later part of the evening making sure all was up and running. I also like that it is very easy to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion no waiting for several weeks to have someone come out.

We had Richard out to our house to connect our gas grill. This turned into a 5 hour job for Rich as the construction of the grill was faulty and he ended up having to take the grill apart and reconstruct the igniter on a brand new grill. His patience and dedication was above and beyond for this project. He started working in the daylight and ended up having to work by flashlight and lanterns in the dark. His commitment to making sure all was working was outstanding. Thank you Pipe Works for sending such a conscientious worker. We will always request Richard for our jobs.

Excellent Work – We had our two bathrooms gutted and renovated (new fixtures and new lines run). We had the kitchen upgraded with new appliances (heating moved behind wall and lines run). Since we liked the work PIPE WORKS performed we has a new heating system put in by them. We had radiant heat put in our kitchen and dining room and a new indirect hot water heater put in. We had a wonderful experience with PIPE WORKS PLUMBING & HEATING. They were professional and they showed up when they said they would. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We had a lot of work going on in our house at once and it was nice to deal with such a great plumbing company.

Drain Pipe Repair and Replacement in Long Valley, NJ

A customer who was referred to Pipe Works Services called from Long Valley, NJ looking to find a solution to having excessive water in the basement and was inquiring why since she had french drains installed.

Our senior technician Lloyd gave her a variety of options, one of which was to replace their main sewer line drain piping because it was not supported correctly and it was old cast iron which could poise a problem in the future. Pipe Works technician Pedro installed new 4" main sewer line drain piping and secured it properly to avoid any future water damage.

Gas Boiler Repair in Budd Lake, NJ

A prominent hotel in Budd Lake contact Pipe Works Services and needed repairs for their 2 gas boilers. Pipe Works Services dispatched Pedro to see what the problem was. After Pedro did a thorough diagnosis, he found that ignition module and transformer were bad and was not letting the boiler to turn on. Pedro replaced both parts and boiler is now working. Now all the customers of this hotel will be properly heated in their rooms!
