Grand View Roofing & Exteriors had the pleasure of meeting Frank of Carneys Point, NJ for a roof replacement estimate. We only spent a day's time at the home removing the current roof down to the original plywood, replacing any damaged wood, and then reinstalling his brand-new IKO Dynasty Roof. We also made sure to provide him with the proper precautionary products to ensure full protection for his new roof, using Tri-Built products for the ice and water shield, the synthetic underlayment, as well as the starter shingles. Frank opted to keep the same color scheme for his home and chose the IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Sedona, accenting his existing shutters and front door. One of our newest customers, Jessica, of Penns Grove, NJ called in and set up her free estimate for a roof repair. We met with her in mid-January to discuss her options for her home's roof. She was experiencing a pesky leak and requested we prioritize the area and fix it properly. After careful examination of the area where the leak was coming and also the rest of the roof, it turned out that it was time for a full replacement. When Grand View sets our sites on a transformation goal, we surely know how to execute it. Shae of Salem, NJ found Grand View Roofing & Exteriors online and requested we come out to meet with her for some help changing up her home. She wanted to update the look of her home and give it some curb appeal by changing the color of her siding and swapping some other old things for new. We began by removing all of the old windows and replacing them with new construction Slocomb 677 double-hung windows with insulated glass. These windows also came with a lifetime glass breakage warranty! Shae opted to keep the current siding on her home and have it covered with new Alside Ascend fiberglass insulated siding, choosing a bold yet beautiful color of Laguna Blue. To accent her newly installed windows and siding, she also chose Mid-America's standard raised panel shutters in Classis Blue. Included in this installation we also replaced her old gutters with brand new seamless 5K white gutters & downspouts. Last but certainly not least, the storm door was replaced with a new one and the front door gave the home the final touch, with a vibrant yellow color pop to pull everything together. Grand View Exteriors recently had the opportunity to meet Lisa from Salem, NJ. She found us on Facebook and was interested in renovating her old back deck which had been showing signs of severe wear and tear. The deck boards had started to warp and curl up, and sections of the railings were missing. After Bart provided her with a free quote, he discussed all the options available to give her deck a new life, which Lisa considered carefully. Ultimately, she decided to have the Trex Decking products installed as its composite material prevents fading, staining, scratches, and even mold growth and is much more durable than real wood. Our crew worked tirelessly and efficiently, ensuring all necessary permits and paperwork were in order, and we completed the installation within about a week or so. The new Trex Enhance deck, in the Foggy Wharf color option, completely transformed the house's appearance. Besides, he decided to reframe his garage door's shape and construct a new overhang above his back door. We put in significant time and attention to detail, and Andrew couldn't be more pleased with his home's new look. Another happy customer!

Larry, a resident of Pilesgrove, NJ, approached Grand View to improve the appearance of his classic red brick rancher home. We were able to deliver exactly what he was looking for. Our project started with replacing the outdated roof with new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine roofing products, utilizing the color Pristine Weatherwood for his shingles. We then removed Larry's old white windows and vinyl porch beams and replaced them with new Anderson windows and wooden beams to match his newly installed shutters, giving his home a beautiful modern rustic look. We even added to the rustic theme by removing his old storm and front doors and replacing it with a new wooden front door to match. Although Larry was very satisfied with the changes, he still felt that his home was lacking a little something extra to make it stand out among the surrounding properties. He opted against installing vinyl siding but wanted to make some type of change to the red brick. Using our expertise, Grand View applied a German Schmear technique to the exterior of his home, and the end result was truly amazing!

We met with a customer named Deanna from Woodstown, NJ for a full exterior remodel estimate. Deanna was looking to liven up the look of her home a bit and showed interest in changing her siding, windows, & doors. After meeting with our team and really breaking everything down, Deanna knew what she wanted to have done and Grand View quickly got started. We began by removing the existing siding, windows, soffit, fascia, garage door, front & back doors, and storm doors! In their place, Deanna chose to have all-new construction Slocomb 677 double-hung windows and awning windows installed in her home. After the windows were secured, we moved to the siding, which was installed using the chosen Alside Ascend Fiberglass siding in Sterling Grey with color-matching outside corners. Deanna's old front door was replaced with a new HMI Black 6 lite front Craftsman Fiberglass door with a Camelot 26 handle set in aged bronze to accentuate the new front door. We also installed a new Elite full-view style storm door in Black to complete the home's new front entrance, while also accenting her existing shutters. To the back of the home, we then replaced Deanna's back and storm doors with a new 9 lite HMI back door in white (inside & out) as well as a new half screen/ half glass full view storm door to the rear entrance of the home. Last but certainly not least, Deanna asked us to replace her old garage door and the tracks as well. We installed the new tracks and insulated garage door in white, and to finish the job off we installed all new soffit and fascia in white to complete the home's transformation.

Our company had the pleasure of meeting Bill, of Woodstown, NJ for an estimate to replace his existing roof. He was referred to us by one of our many satisfied customers and really enjoyed meeting with our owner, Larry for his appointment. Larry was able to answer any and all of Bill's questions or concerns and made sure to provide the best price along with top-of-the-line roofing materials to replace the roof. Our crew began by removing all of the existing roof material from the home, all the way to the plywood. To ensure the smaller details were handled properly, we also installed new pipe collars and a new power attic fan to allow proper ventilation. Last but not least, we were asked by the customer to remove his old, non-working satellite dish and antenna that had been an eyesore to look at. The difference we were able to make was amazing, Bill went from an old faded, and worn-out roof that was once black to a brand-new IKO Dynasty, Glacier roof which accentuated the color scheme of his home.
