The timing of the job completion was perfect. The week after, we had rain for 7 days and the basement was trying to flood. The alarm on the sump pump kept us apprised of how the system was working. All your staff were very respectful and courteous and that is greatly appreciated.The job was done in a timely manner.I am going to qualify the above question about 'hiring us again'.....Overall, pleased with the work but not with all the mess left to clean up. I know the contract stated to expect 'some' dust but this was way more that 'some.' For the next step in having our basement finished, we had a contractor come in for an estimate and even he felt upon seeing the amount of dust present that other methods could have decreased the amount of cement dust all over (using a concrete saw with water spray and vacuum attachment). Had there been more positive results with the clean up process, I would not hesitate to recommend or rehire but it would definitely be a damper based on this current experience.We are scheduled for radon mitigation in the near future with your company and I hope that the cleanup for this will be better reflected.Are you aware that in Iowa, through Alliant Engergy there is a rebate program for insulation? Other providers of service qualifying for rebates have been aware of the process, made us aware of the process and included the filled out form with their invoices. Since you do work in Iowa, you might want to check into this as a means of improving customer service. (Some rebates entail an inspection by Alliant prior to the job in order to get the rebate as would be the case for the insulation.)

I've found CBS' installation to stand up to its advertising. Neither my daughter, nor I, have had A DROP of water in our basements--knock on wood--since our installations. That says a lot, as our neighborhood has had several experiences of very heavy rains and numerous basements took on water.

We decided to use Complete Basement Systems for our basement waterproofing needs. First of all, the salesman, Rob Larson was excellent. He answered all my questions and all of my wife's questions. He showed us how this product would help our situation, but he also listened to our needs and our circumstances. Yesterday was monsoon type rain in Hokah, MN and Ben Heldt showed up with his crew ahead of when we were expecting them which was great. I was at work and my wife was here to get them started. She left in the morning and I arrived home to see the crew hard at work. They were soaked from the rain but still working their tails off. Ben introduced himself to me and explained the process so far. They came from over 2 hours away so he politely asked if he and the crew could work until 8 or so, so they could finish in one day. I told him that was fine. 7:45 came and they finished and had me walk through and explained the pump and its functions to me. The crew was awesome. They were polite, informative, and overall just friendly to talk with. They did an awesome job with clean up and this experience was excellent from a customer standpoint. I would definitely recommend them and this system to my friends and family. Thank you everyone for your hard work.
