Extremely helpful and professional. selling a house is very stressful, especially when you find out there is mold in your attic and crawl space. I had made several calls for mold remediation. the first company that came out was not a great experience. It was $200.00 just for a quote. When they came out I was told the attic couldn't be done and was only given 1 option on the treatment of the crawl space. It was expensive, almost double of other companies. I had already made an appointment with TCI for a FREE in house quote so I decided to wait for them. When calling the office Chris Ann was not only helpful but understanding and supportive. Josh came to the appointment and was very informative. Explained the problem, how it occured, and options for remediation. The price was fair and affordable. We scheduled and on the day of service 2 men came and walked through what they were doing again and answered all our questions. The results were great. We are very pleased we choose TCI! They are professional, affordable, but most of all straigtforward and honest. I can't explain how great it was to find a company we felt comfortable with and trusted. I will recommend them to everyone!

Our homeowner was losing a lot of heat and paying to high of a energy bill and wanted his attic looked at. This attic had little to no insulation. We air sealed all wire penetrations and top plate to. Added all new cellulose insulation. Our homeowner is happy with the results.

We also clear the soffits a and debris or insulation and added new rafter venting for a direction flow of air. The home was sold and our customer was happy to have this completed.
