The system hasn't been put to the test yet. I have had no leaks in the basement. So I am unable to rate the effectiveness of the flood control part. But the dehumidifier portion is working very well, so far. Summer will be the real test.

The service man new I had a 1:00 appointment that I had to make. He called me from his vehicle and told me he would be here shortly and he would be done in time for me to make my appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I watched him do the complete checkup and even take the time to spray and wipe down the inside of the sump. As promised, he was done in time for me to make my appointment. What more could I ask for? Thank you Patrick. Good job!!!

We initially had another Basement Systems company that was closer to our home install the system and it has stood the test of time. Our basement would flood 2-3 times per year. It has been 5 years and we have not had a wet basement since...even through hurricane Irene. We had recently learned that the company that installed our system no longer existed, so we called [company] to assist with the repair of a cracked discharge cover. They were very responsive, sent someone over promptly, replaced the cover, inspected the system, and transferred the warranty. Since then, we were having some work done on our basement and contacted [company] with some questions. Again, they were very responsive. Craig spoke to our contractor directly and reassured us that the work that was being done would not compromise our system. It is nice to work with a company that is so thorough, prompt, and responsive.
