    Monroe Restoration was initially contacted to board up a home in Rolling Prairie following a devastating electrical fire. The homeowner was impressed with the quick, professional response and selected Monroe to lead the entire restoration project.

    The electrical fire was so severe that it was determined this house was a complete loss that needed to be demolished and rebuilt. Working with the adjuster, insurance agent, and homeowner, Monroe seamlessly coordinated all aspects of the job to restore the house. The homeowner was thrilled with the restoration and is now happily settled in their home!

    Following the discovery of black mold surrounding an improperly sealed window, homeowners called Monroe Restoration to remediate the issue. A containment system was constructed to protect the health of the homeowners and the drywall and trim were removed. As the project progressed, extensive water damage was discovered around the window and structurally needed to be repaired prior to the installation of the new custom window.  In addition to this project, the homeowners requested an upgrade to their kitchen by adding modern backsplash tiles. At the completion of the project, Monroe Restoration had VERY happy homeowners!

    Devastating winds caused a tree to fall in a home in Rolling Prairie, IN. A personal recommendation for Monroe Restoration persuaded the homeowner to call and select Monroe to manage the project and restore the house. The Monroe team determined that the gable rafters, roof shingles, siding, and storm windows were all damaged in the accident. Monroe worked with the homeowner's insurance company and verified the repairs would be covered by their policy. New matching products were ordered and within a few weeks, the entire job was completed with a very happy homeowner!
