I have a musty and smelly crawlspace. I thought I would have to spend a lot of money, but we started with just the Sanidry Dehumidifier. It works great! I will never be with out one in my home again.

Everything was very neat and clean. There has been no mold smell. The basement crawl looks very neat. The men cleaned up so well, I did not even know they had been here. I waited to send this survey to see if any rain has poured in any of the areas like before. It has now rained several times - no water in the lower area of the house - and no longer have a smell. Good Job!

La Fontaine, Indiana Structural Support

This crawlspace had a main beam that began to fail over time. Moisture and humidity weakened the beam and it began to sag from the weight of the home. We replaced the beam, and by adding the CleanSpace vapor barrier, solved any future issues of moisture.

Winona Lake Crawlspace Encapsulation

This Winona Lake home was experiencing sagging insulation, and a damp and musty smell in their crawlspace. They were also concerned with how cold their floors were in the winter. Our Design Specialist decided it would be best to install a CleanSpace Encapsualtion with drainage matting. It really transformed this messy crawlspace!

Winona Lake, Indiana WaterGuard and EmeShield Project

We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard and EmeShield in this Winona Lake, Indiana basement. The walkout basement would allow seepage in near the doors. The EmeShield is designed to flash water into the WaterGuard system, and it then will get pushed to the sump pump.

Winona Lake, Indiana EmeShield Wall Solution

EmeShield is a 90-mil wall liner designed to help reduce moisture and/or flash water from the foundation walls into a waterproofing system. The seams are over-lapped, sealed, and taped. EmeShield is held into place using fasteners to the foundation walls.
