Robs Smith is the best and a very honest person. He came to my door years ago after a big storm. I loved how honest he was and that is what I want in a contractor. I just want North America Contractors to know that Rob is the very example of an employee, who they should be proud of to have working for them. In the time we having been doing this project, which I might like to add was a very big project, that included a Metal Roof, Adding Insulation, Windows, Siding, over hangs and all window trim inside and out, Gutters, Shutters. We worked very close together and you were there to take care of all my question and concerns, I am sure you probably think I was a pain in your foot, but I really did appreciated it. I would like North American to know this relationship started 2 Years ago with Brent and Rob at my Son-in-Laws house where you were doing work at. There was a problem with the deck and you guys stood up and made it right with no fuss. Nothing was said to me, but the HONESTY and the Integrity you showed in taking care of the problem, made my mind up for me to use a company that has employees who did what they said they would and it happened. I did not call anyone else but Rob for an estimate and again Rob came thru just like we talked about before the remodel started. If ever I had a concern or the tradesmen doing the work told me something else, Rob would explain it. I did not take it up with the guys on the job, I just picked up the phone and said HUSTON WE NEED TO TALK. I was answered right back with IT WILL BE AS WE TALKED. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB ROB SMITH DID FOR MY WIFE AND ME.

I have used North American Contractors twice for repairs. Both times I have been very pacified with the quality of completed projects. During the recent project (roof and inside ceiling repairs) Rob Smith was the general contractor. I cannot say enough good things about the ease of the project due to his skills and performance. Rob’s communication with me regarding the project was excellent. He worked with the insurance adjuster and me to establish a scope of the job, established a time line for completion and consistently kept me informed of the process. When I had questions about products used I never had to wait days for a return call. His follow up on each process was excellent. From a quality and customer service stand point I would rate the job as excellent due to his supervision and follow up.

I recently had the pleasure of working with North American Contractors and, specifically, Rob Smith on a home roofing replacement. Along with being very friendly and polite, Rob was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were patient through the paperwork obstacles and did not apply high pressure tactics at any point in the process. The work itself was done promptly and well. Our customer in Greensburg, IN had noticed dents in her gutters, doors, and the metal roof on her garage. So, she was really concerned about the house. She had already contacted her insurance company and was just waiting on an adjuster to come out, but she wanted us there as well. During the inspection, most items were agreed upon, but they were only originally going to pay for one piece of siding to be replaced. After further investigation, we were able to confirm the siding was no longer available so the siding replacement was approved as well! The combination of siding replacement and roof replacement delighted our customer who was able to transform her entire home. We think you'll agree it looks amazing!

Roof Replacement in Anderson, Indiana

Our customer was noticing an abundance of shingle granules on her porch and around her house. It was enough to cause concern, so she reached out to insurance agent to see what she should do. Her agent referred her to North American Contractors to provide a free inspection. During the inspection, we noticed some blistering all over, which was the main cause of the granular lose. We spoke with the homeowner and the agent and recommended filing an insurance claim. After review, the roof was approved for a full replacement.

We received a call from a local State Farm agent on behalf of his client stating, she was experiencing a roof leak and would like a trustworthy contractor to take a look at it. Inspector Josh Timm was dispatched to the property. While inspecting the roof he notated quite a bit of hail damage along with age related damage to the Art-Loc shingles. Josh advocated for the client with the insurance company by providing adequate reports documenting the damage he observed during his inspection. Ultimately he was able to have the roof, and vinyl siding, fully replaced thru her home owner's insurance.
