We sealed the crawl space to prevent air leaks, insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation, covered the crawl space floors and walls with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and conditioned the air using a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to resolve this moisture issue. 

To maintain a healthy home environment, controlling moisture levels in the crawl space is essential. CleanSpace vapor barrier blocks moisture from evaporating into the crawl space, reducing heat loss and keeping it dry.

This homeowner called us out to his property in Clarkesville, Georgia because he was having issues with heating and cooling his home and their was a lot of moisture getting in. After a free inspection, one of our System Design Specialists found that the crawl space was damp, moldy, and the insulation was loose and all over the place.
