The sales process was very user friendly and met our expectations with delivery. The installation crew was personable, appropriately dressed, amazingly respectful, very knowledgable, took a consultative approach and were consumate professionals. We would be glad to refer them to any of our friends. Our only wish is that they had been given documented instruction so that everything was addressed with less questions and fewest visits. That said, all corrections (and there were few) and additions were completed with a smile and without complaint. Count us satisfied customers!

Jared did some complicating set up work for us linking old stereo equip. w/new universal remote and tv a few yrs. ago. It turned into a long job, which he did w/good spirit, & no extra charge. We wanted a TV over a brick fireplace. Since the exposed stone was already in place, Smarthome worked with my cabinet maker and they hid the TV and power wires in a custom made fireplace mantle. The top and side are removable to allow access to the wires, the TV floats just above the mantle and you can't see the wires. What a fantastic end result that was not expensive. The key was the way the two companies worked together to come up with a solution.

Our client calls us on Monday morning with bad news. His 30 day old projector in his dedicated theater is flickering and unwatchable. Even worse, this is 6 days before the super bowl. We immediately jumped on it, contacted our rep and manufacturer. By Tuesday a brand new, advanced replacement was on its way. Thursday the projector arrived and began 24 hour bench test. We also contacted the client and set up a Friday install. Friday - projector tested, packed up and on van. On lunch break from previously scheduled install our techs stop by and install new projector. Our client is a big sports fan, On Saturday friends fly in from around the country and on Sunday the party goes off without a hitch. His words are below: [Client] That's AWESOME!!! you guys rock!!!! THANK YOU for taking such quick action. Super Bowl weekend I have guys fly in from all over the country and we live in that room watching movies, football, etc for 2 days! You saved the weekend!

Frame TV installation-Upgrade Nework & A/V in Stamford, CT.

Our installation at our client's home in Stamford, CT included whole home Audio/Video upgrade, network and Wi-Fi system in the home and 2 gorgeous frame TV's.

This gorgeous frame tv was installed over the fireplace in the living room. When not used being used as aTV, display any art you would like. Hard to tell it's even a TV!

TV Mount Over Stone Fireplace in New Canaan, CT

For this custom installation, the customer wanted to have their TV hung over the stone fireplace in the living room for the family to enjoy. Another request from the customer, as with all of our customers, is that they don't want wires all over and they don't want to see the wires. Who would want to see the wires? It looks terrible and unprofessional. We called in a mason and he removed one of the stones so we can complete this custom installation as requested.
This may seem impossible to some, but not for us, even with a stone fireplace.
With the colder weather on it's way, it's time to get those fireplaces ready. If you want your TV mounted over the fireplace, now is the time to contact us so you can enjoy watching movies in front of the fire. We would be happy to come to your home and take a look at what you would like done.

New Home Construction Theater Room

This new home construction theater room went from a empty room with duct work and wires hanging to a complete home theater room with a drop down screen, hidden projector, black out shades, surround sound system, lighting and much more. Smarthome was at the site from the beginning phases of construction of the property and in doing so we are able to work with the builder every step of the way and incorporate our designs for the homeowner. Danbury Childen's Hospital Interactive Wall

At Danbury Hospital, Childrens Health and Wellness Center they wanted to install an interactive wall for the children to use during their waiting period at the hospital. The Children's Health and Wellness Center, is a child-friendly, interactive environment for wellness and healing offers families a convenient place to find pediatric specialists. The interactive wall is a great distraction for the children while they are getting ready to meet with doctors or a procedure. We find that offering distraction through play is a great technique to help children get through difficult situations or worrysome times.

Wiring Repair Installation

This installation was a wiring repair that we originally installed and the family has a minor fire in the fireplace that caused damage to the wires. We rewired the damged wires and made everything was in working order for the family to enjoy again.

Our latest installation was a blast at Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park in Trumbull CT. Rockin' Jump is a facility with wall to wall trampolines and foam pits to jump into! Installing music, security and TV's was the fun part for us. Music fills this entire facility!

Cody White Funeral Home Installation in Milford, CT

Cody White Funeral Home in beautiful Downtown Milford, CT. has a gorgeous frame TV mounted for patrons to view when they arrive with digital signage that will list the names of the viewings. Instead of an letter board you can now offer digital signage in your business. When there are no viewings you can switch the TV over to display an art picture and when viewed it looks like a framed picture not a TV. With digital signage you can change the message at anytime with adding pictures, poems, etc. You can easily control the TV and digital signage from your desk or ipad.

New Audio/Video System in New Hampshire

When our clients move they and ask us to come along, we gladly accept! We worked with this particular client for years and when they wanted to move to another state, they asked if we would come to install everything they needed.

Our installation was in 3 different rooms and the basement for the equipment. The living room installation included a TV, soundbar, receiver, speakers with surround sound, remote with dock, record player and equipment cabinet. The 2 bedrooms we installed TV's, receiver, remote, speaker and equipment cabinet. In the basement we installed the rack that was mounted on the wall that will be the hub for all the systems.

What we love most about this is that the client was happy with our work here in CT and wanted to continue to use us in their new home in NH. We love that we get to continue our relationship with this client and he won't have to go and find another company to help him. If a issue arises we can help him remotely from our office here in Milford and we will be happy to return to NH if needed. We were happy to be a part of this journey into their new home.
