Angel Morales and his crew (Brandon and Eduardo) were great. They knew just what to do to address my slab issue. Once they had it in mind they went to work and did the required repair. When they returned to replace the slab section they were very professional getting the ground tamped, new rebar positioned and the concrete poured and seated properly. As the concrete set up and seated they cleaned up and prepared the work site for the final touches. All done very professionally!

Nait and Rick came to our house yesterday 11-17-14 and explained step by step everything that was going to take place. Afterwards they asked us if we had any questions. They did a thorough job and were very professional but yet approachable. The clean up job was complete. Nait and Rick swept up the excess debris while they were working. There is no concrete residue at all in our front or backyards. Very clean work. I would highly recommend to anyone this company and these two employees.

It is early yet(a day after the polyleveling)to judge how good the repair is. But only time will tell. We are happy with the outcome as well as the workforce we have dealt with. This is our second encounter with Saber, but the fist time we actually hired them to do the work. The first time (different house), we noticed the doors weren't shutting correctly, so we called several foundation repair companies to look at the issue and give estimates. They all (except for Saber) told us to spend a ton of money to stabilize the soil on the side of the house that had issues with doors. Then Saber came out, looked in the crawl space under the house, and told us we had a rotten beam under there and to go fix it (about $200). So we did, and this was the end of our "foundation" problems. In our new house, we removed the carpet to install hardwood floors and saw major cracks in the slab, including some with elevation difference between the two parts of the slab. Based on previous experience, we went straight to Saber. The work was done this past week and we are very pleased! Nait and Rick did an excellent job lifting the foundation and repairing the crack, and took care to keep the dust out of the parts of the house that weren't being repaired. They were courteous, answered all the questions, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. Great experience!

Curtis was very diligent and explained the reasons foundations have cracks and what to look for that would be a red flag. Curtis provided peace of mind as to the condition of the foundation that was discovered when I had the carpet flooring removed causing me to worry that there may be a problem. Turns out it's sometimes common to find cracks that appear like what I saw.

PolyLevel(R) Used To Fix Tripping Hazard On A Driveway In Palm Desert

This before photo shows a homeowner's driveway that has a large slab that was lifted by tree roots nearby. This made the homeowner's driveway a safety hazard! The husband recently tripped over the slab and almost had a serious injury. Typically we would not handle a case like this because the tree would have to be removed in order to solve this problem which is not our scope of work. However, we decided after a conversation with the family's immediate safety is their top priority. As shown in the after photo we used PolyLevel to lift the slabs as much as we could so that the driveway can be more level. After the slab was stabilized, we then ground off the top of the excess concrete on the slab that caused the tripping issue. Even though the homeowners have the peace of mind that their concrete will now not be a safety hazard for their family. We did strongly encourage the family this is not a permanent fix because the tree will have to be removed. The wife was overwhelming happy with our honesty and communication with her home's issues. This is an excellent example of how we go the extra mile to communicate to our customers and show that we care about their safety.
