Homeowner Maria S. of Shingle Springs wanted her back patio and walkway fixed because  a couple of the concrete slabs were cracking and becoming trip hazards. She found NorCal Foundation Support online and called. 

She was informed during the appointment she made that the patio’s slabs could be lifted back into place with our PolyLevel solution. Maria decided this was the perfect solution to leveling her back patio and walkway and couldn’t be happier.

Wendy J. from El Dorado Hills had a back patio that needed to be leveled. Multiple areas of the concrete slabs were sinking and cracking which had resulted in tripping hazards. The PolyLevel would be injected under the walkways slab. This would even out the walkway around the pool as well as prevent further cracking and settling as a result of the dirt underneath the deck eroding. NexusJoint sealant was to be added to the pre existing cracks after lifting the concrete back into place using the PolyLevel. This process would bind the cracked slab back together. He agreed PolyLevel sounded exactly like what he wanted and would be a perfect fix to his pool deck.

Eric J. of Folsom CA, noticed that the floor in one of the bedrooms of his home was sloping, and decided that he needed to act quickly before things got any worse. A combination of the Push Pier and PolyLevel Systems were the best solution to the issue.  A couple of Push Piers were installed either side of the corner of the garage, where the foundation had sunk, this solution lifted and leveled the foundation back into place. PolyLevel was then used to fill in the void underneath the ground that was the cause of the sinking corner.
