We just had the water guard system installed in our house by Ralph and Trevor and they did an excellent job. They take great pride in their work and it shows in the end result.
On a scale of one to ten we would rate them a fifteen. They showed us respect and patience in answering all our questions (and we had a lot of questions).
Now we just have to wait for the next big rainstorm and if the water guard system works as good as them did then we should be okay.
Once again thank you for sending Ralph and Trevor to our house to do the job.

My husband asked me to fax you because he was very impressed with the gentlemen who came to our house to install our sump pump.
Not only did they take great care in installing the pump, by the time they were done, they left our basement neat and tidy. We didn't have to clean up anything. It was left spotless. We were impressed by the workmanship and care that went into this job.

Terry, your guys that were here working on my basement freakin RULE!! They did such a fantastic job and my basement looks so good! They shoveled my sidewalks and trimmed my gate before they left! I left them little treats each day but it was no where near enough to show my gratitude. I though I'd have another day and wanted to leave them a case of beer each, for when they completed!
