• PH too high or too low- the safe PH for a swimming pool hovers around 7.2-7.6. A PH above or below this level can cause irritation to the skin and eyes. The PH will be determined during the testing of the water and can be adjusted with the use of chemicals. It’s important to keep an eye on the PH as it can cause serious discomfort and could even be dangerous with continued exposure.
