In particular, they will be looking for signs of fan failure, foundation changes, and both gaps and cracks.

If your radon contractor finds something wrong during your radon mitigation system inspection, they’ll suggest the best solution for your needs. If the problem is minor, then it might be as simple as repairing a hole in one of the pipes or replacing the fan. If the problem is bigger than that, they might suggest you replace your mitigation system or, in the case of passive systems, activate it.
