    • Contact Information : address, contact information, and for Users and Visitors seeking commercial contractors, an employee or owner contact name
    • Services information : If a User, we may collect information relating to the types of services needed
    • Telecommunications with Professionals are Recorded : In order to facilitate the Services we provide to you and the Professionals, we may track and record your telephone or cellular communications with Professionals using the contact information provided on our Site including on the Professional's Profile Page. If you do not wish to be recorded, then you may not contact our Professionals using our Site.
  • For Professionals who wish to sign up for our Directory Services and be listed in our directory of service providers and/or have a profile page ("Profile Page") on our Site, we need you to provide us sufficient information in order to process your application as a Professional in accordance with the Professional's Directory Services Requirements. In addition, we gather information about your business from publicly-available sites which we may use in connection with your Profile Page. Finally, Users who employ your services may have the opportunity to rate you which could lead to positive or negative reviews and ratings. See the Terms of Use for more information as to our obligations with respect to this data. If you are concerned about the potential harm this may cause your reputation, then you should not set up a Profile Page.
• Online Content. The information you post on our Site is in your control and by submitting this information, you knowingly understand that the Content will be public. Content you post using our Services may include:
  • Any names, photos, videos, reviews, comments, usernames, testimonials, links or other data or text you elect to upload including business description, reviews, comments, usernames, and links
  • Online discussions

3. OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

• a. To Provide the Services to you. We use the personal data that you provide us in order to a) facilitate the Services you requested, b) send you emails about your account and promotional offerings if consented to; c) maintain and support the Site including ensuring the functionality and security of our Services; d) track compliance with our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy; and e) to respond to your enquiries. We may also gather research information as to your use and need for our Site and/or Services. For Professionals, we may collect financial information directly or through our third party in order to process payment of fees.
• b. Develop and Enhance our Services. We may collect and use your personal data to help us develop and enhance our Services. Your profile will no longer be viewable on our Site but as indicated below, your content may be still visible on the internet including your content you shared with others.

We may contract with third-party vendors and suppliers to perform certain functions on our behalf or to enhance our existing product and service offerings.
