If you do not wish to be recorded, then you may not contact our Professionals using our Site.
    • For Professionals who wish to sign up for our Directory Services and be listed in our directory of service providers and/or have a profile page ("Profile Page") on our Site, we need you to provide us sufficient information in order to process your application as a Professional in accordance with the Professional's Directory Services Requirements. In addition, we gather information about your business from publicly-available sites which we may use in connection with your Profile Page. Finally, Users who employ your services may have the opportunity to rate you which could lead to positive or negative reviews and ratings. See the Terms of Use for more information as to our obligations with respect to this data. If you are concerned about the potential harm this may cause your reputation, then you should not set up a Profile Page.
  • Online Content. The information you post on our Site is in your control and by submitting this information, you knowingly understand that the Content will be public. Content you post using our Services may include:

3. OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • a. To Provide the Services to you. We use the personal data that you provide us in order to a) facilitate the Services you requested, b) send you emails about your account and promotional offerings if consented to; c) maintain and support the Site including ensuring the functionality and security of our Services; d) track compliance with our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy; and e) to respond to your enquiries.
