Truck much smaller than expected. Could have rented 20 ft. U-hall and hired 3 day laborers and done the whole job with one truckload for a quarter of the price. If asked by a friend I would say the staff were professional and capable. But the truck space pricing is a scam and I feel we were taken advantage of by being charged for 21/2 truckloads now the last day I had access to the property. I Was committed to what I had been told would meet my needs. Initial estimate was 3/4 to 1 truckload after staff walked through my house. I was charged over $2300.00 for 21/2 trucks.

Advertisement indicated anything that can be donated would be donated. We took the legs off one desk and small feet off the other. Also took drawers out but included them. No indication of donation status and was wondering what happened - maybe parts weren't all recognized? Seems like the desks could have been used. I also provided an intact drafting table - same deal, not info on donation status. One of the main reasons I picked this company was the donation plan. A donation receipt was to be delivered to me if the items were donated. At the very least, the ultimate status of the articles should be reported back to the customer. If they cannot be donated, the reason should be noted. The gentlemen that came to pick up the furniture were very good - courtesy, hard working, careful and all around pleasant.

The process was easy. Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, and they were at my house on Wednesday, when they said they would be and with plenty of notice. Everyone from the customer service rep who did the initial follow up call, to the gentlemen who did the lugging, was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous, prompt and hardworking. Also, received my itemized receipt just a few hours later. Definitely recommend and will be using again when we move back to do some more decluttering:)
