We have been very pleased with the results of the 2019 Clean Space construction project. We no longer have water issues under our home. A year ago Allen ran the install crew, all of your workers did a fine job. Allen did the recent Clean Space inspection. As usual he did a good job of conducting the inspection and explaining what the conditions are under our home. Allen is an example of a very knowledgeable, professional, employee.

We used Madole Connstruction to locate our septic system. They arrived promptly and were ready to go quickly. The backhoe operator had to dig in our garden and took care not to destroy plants and irrigation lines. The workman were friendly and easy to work with. We would use this company again.

For this job, the crew scored and chipped where the rebar was exposed. They then used carbon fiber and cement to patch the exposed rebar area. Once finished, they replicated the ledge along the patch with the existing ledge and successfully repaired the concrete.
