Finksburg MD screened in porch converted to sunroom
Our clients loved their outdoor living space but wanted to be able to utilize the space throughout the year. We sealed the room in from top to bottom. We also added soffets to the bottom of the deck to give it a more finished look.

PERGOLA opens and closes
PERGOLA WOW opens and closes
No shade in the back yard the deck gets awfully hot. We need some coverage. I don't want to give all the sun up and I would love a waterproof roof. The operable pergola works great and solved the owner's problem. give yourself a waterproof roof or open it up and let in a little or a lot of the sun.

3 Seasons Sunroom Addition
Frank and robin loved hanging out on their back porch during the summer months but were unable to utilize the space any other time of year. Before starting work on their New 3 Seasons room, we had to remove the existing porch roof and structural posts. Our clients decided to go with a TEMO sunroom structure. There are many benefits to choosing a TEMO sunroom, a couple of them being they can be built in a fraction of the time and at a much more reasonable cost. The glass used is TEMO’s tempered HPG 2000 glass which is four times stronger than annealed glass. They are going to be using the space to display Franks train collection and Robin is looking forward to having a space for her plants. To make the space suitable for warmer and colder months we added separate heating and air conditioning units. We wanted to warm the space up by adding warm colored floors and lighting fixtures around the room.

Jessup MD 2 car garage and laundry room addition
Our clients needed more storage space and room for their cars and his beloved lawn tractor. She was tired of having to go down in the basement to do laundry and wanted folding space. His biggest request was that he have garage doors on the front and back of the garage saw that when he is cutting the grass it is simple to just pull thru the garage and go from front to backyard.

Closed in Walkway/ Solarium
The goal of this job was to close in the existing walkway and create a TEMO solarium between the main house and the guest house. The home is a historic home that sits on the highest point in Jessup Maryland. Since this is a historic home, we had to get approval from the Historical Society before we were able to begin working on the job. The first thing we started working on was putting the walls up along the existing walkway at the front of the home, the second project was to start building the TEMO solarium off the back side of the house. The homeowner started this project a few years ago so there was an existing block foundation that we were able to build on.

Bowie full kitchen renovation
This amazing family really wanted a fresher look and more cabinet space in their kitchen. We closed off a couple of walls allowing them to have a full U-shaped kitchen. One of my favorite things about this job (aside from the dragon scale tile) is the mosaic rose behind the stove symbolizing the homeowner's mother.

FLOATING SHELVES IN GARAGE FOR EXTRA STORAGE IN SEVERN MD 21144
Justin needs more storage in his garage. We could not find any more space until we looked up. We hung shelves from the ceiling. Justin's wife did not want to look at ugly framing material as the finished product. We finished the bottoms or the ceiling with a white beadboard material, like a porch ceiling would have. The edges we added small crown molding to it for a good looking finish. Justin's wife is now happy. A happy wife is a happy life. The area of storage that we added was two floating platforms that are 4 foot by 8 foot. The wall-hung shelves was 2 foot deep by 24 foot long. WE TRULY ADDED MORE STORAGE SPACE.

Church Steeple Repail
In 2017 there was a bad windstorm that caused the steeple to be blown off of Come As You Are Bible Fellowship Church. Before reinstalling the steeple, we refinished the fiberglass around the sphere where a crack had been made. We also rebuilt the internal structure for the steeple to rest on. Once we got the steeple back in place it was time to secure it. We bolted the steeple into the base and adhered the two together with fiberglass.

Crofton MD Rotten floor truss repair
Our client informed us that her sliding glass door was leaking water. After calling in another company to just replace the window they realized the job was beyond just a door replacement. We were able to replace the rotted floor truss and seal the wall up good as new.

Crofton master bathroom shower renovation
The shower pan in our client's master bathroom shower was flaking. Even after having it resealed, the shower pan just kept peeling. So, our client decided to just redo the shower completely and take the new tile all the way up to the ceiling. We also added a little niche in the shower wall to store soaps and stuff.
