Since the foundation repair it has rained quite a bit and our basement has been dry so far. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The men that worked on the job were very nice and worked very hard to get everything done.We love the little deck and they did such a good job with pouring the concrete driveway section after everything was done.

Randall Homes, one of Winnipeg's largest and most aggressive homebuilders since 1983, began using the Delta-MS System in 1999. Since that time, we have found that the product performs above expectations in that it provides a waterproof skin which stops moisture from contacting the foundation and ensures your basement remains warm and dry for many years to come, with no dampness or musty odours. In 2001, 20% of our home-owners had opted for the added protection of a home "wrapped" with Delta-MS. With the increase in consumer education, we forecast an increase in this percentage for this year. Randall Homes highly recommends this product for your new home.

I wanted to send this email to let you know how happy I am with the Delta MS. My home was built by Malcolm Homes in 1996. We moved in on October 30, 1996 and the spring of 1997 was the "Flood of the Century". My basement was very dry then and almost 15 years later, it is still very dry and warm. I had 2 other brand new houses prior to this one and both of them had a very damp feeling basement. I remember my cardboard boxes turned green with mold from the dampness of the concrete floors. The basements without the wrap also had a damp smell to them. There was nothing like that in my existing house. We just sold our home and will be moving from a two story to a bungalow. I will be once again having a house built. I will certainly pay the extra cost to have the MS Delta wrapped around my home again. I highly recommend this product.

Crawl space humidity enters through the crawl space vents during the summertime. And in the winter, crawl space vents allow frigid air into the space.

Combined, these two forces mean a continuous drain on your utility bills as well as a rotting, decaying crawl space under your home.

Here you can see our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier installation in this crawl space. This is the best solution to encapsulating your crawl space to ensure it is always dry.

For best results the sump should always be located in the lowest area of the slab.  A SuperSump was installed on this project and will able to handle unwanted water for years to come.

For this wet basement, our crew dug a trench around the interior perimeter of the basement. A bed of small stones is laid down and the drain is laid on top. After a sump pump pit is installed, a discharge line is run from the pump to the outside. That way, any water that may come in will be pumped out and the basement will stay dry.
