Came to my house in mountains when others wouldn't. Performed the work as quoted. Workers were efficient and friendly. Has not been a need for the sump pump to work yet, so not sure how it will perform but should be effective. A job well done.

The BSV team were great! This includes the estimator, the office staff, and the work crew. BSV installed an interior perimeter drain in our basement. The job was completed as discussed, on time, and on budget. The work crew took time everyday to review the work and any challenges that arose. They also made exceptions where requested (i.e., divert around load bearing walls). They were polite, worked hard, and minimized the dust/mess a job like this creates. They did a good job cleaning up before leaving. It is still a dusty job and I would recommend covering any electronics and air vents prior to starting. You can also expect to wipe the walls down and mop the floors afterwards to remove any remaining dust which is no big deal. This job was not as disruptive as I was expecting. It is best to be out of the house while they are breaking the concrete though.

I didn't think that our crawl space was fixable but BSV did and did a great job. I can't believe how big of a difference it has made to our home. It's less drafty, the temperature doesn't fluctuate a lot, and their is a lot less dust in the house. The people who we dealt with were all very professional, polite and courteous. Thank you!

The results Exceeded our expectations. The change in the quality of air in our house was noticable immediately The house was much dryer as promised , and warmer. The house has a fresh smell. My allergies have Improved. The crawl space is now a clean healthy storage area. We now shut the windows put on the fans and encourage air circulation up from the crawl space. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and final product. My moms crawlspace had mould and red ocre for years, this was a large and fairly expensive job. She was hesitant at first about getting it done but so glad we did it. Couldn't sell the house as it was and we will more than recoup the cost when we do sell.
