To solve her problem, we installed a WaterGuard®below-floor drain around the perimeter of the basement. This drain rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing which makes it clog resistant. It will collect water from around the basement and direct it to the SuperSump® that was previously installed. The last thing installed was a CleanSpace®vapor barrier.
