Going the Poly lifting route is a much faster and cheaper solution. There are many other benefits as well, such as lack of disruption to the surrounding area, very quick curing time and a permanent fix to trip hazards and poor drainage caused by settled slabs. Polyfoam is even waterproof, to prevent the same issue of water intrusion from happening again.
