* Usually we charge 25 pounds per quarter for screening, processing, activating and maintaining your account.
** Qualifying contractors are those with certain job skills in certain locations who are needed to service an over demand from our homeowner customers.



Typical job lead price structure



Unlike other Job lead services our leads are sensibly priced and we believe they should be proportional to the set job budget. Job leads are set at a very competitive level. Our Multiple match lead fees typically are between 5 and 20 pounds for small jobs valued at up to 1000 pounds to new house construction valued up to 250,000 pounds.

View the customers location, full details of the job, customer budget and their preferred timescale. Remember you are under no obligation to purchase any leads.



How do I pay?



We believe choice is good. You can either:

  • Pay for all your accrued leads by monthly account*
  • Pay for leads as you go by credit card using our secure payment partner (Google Checkout logo)**

You can easily switch your payment method anytime by altering your payment preferences.
