1. HomeProMatch Waiver of Liability



When you search the HomeProMatch. Contractor Directory, you will see an online list of home contractors in your area, who may be interested in working on your project. Similarly, when you submit your project details and provide your contact information, HomeProMatch will attempt to locate suitable home contractors in your area, who will contact you directly. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to match your request with suitable home contractors, if any.


Although we attempt to verify the credentials of our Member contractors, we make no guarantees nor endorsements regarding the skills or the quality of the job that the home contractor(s) may perform for you if you hire them.


HomeProMatch does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular home contractor. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a contractor, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed.


The home contractors affiliated with HomeProMatch are not employees or agents of HomeProMatch, nor is HomeProMatch an agent of the contractors. HomeProMatch does not perform, and is not responsible for, any of the services requested by you in your project submission or via your Contractor Directory search.


Should you have a dispute with any contractor, you must address the dispute with the contractor, or the contractor’s representatives directly.


BY USING THE HOMEPROMATCH SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE HOMEPROMATCH. (AND OUR DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR DEALINGS WITH CONTRACTORS.



2. What is a HomeProMatch contractor member?



HomeProMatch tries to verify Contractor members supplied information including contact information and references. NOTE: This information is valid on the date of the contractors joining the network.


Subsequent changes this information are possible, and for this reason it is recommended for you to verify a contractor’s insurance and other credentials before signing a contract or commencing a project. Do not rely solely on the information provided on this site for your hiring decisions. HomeProMatch does not accept any responsibility for the validity or accuracy of any contractor’s supplied information or their professional or business credentials, for any contractor’s performance or conduct, or for or any other matter related to the contractor/homeowner interaction.



3. Contractor membership refund



Membership term is every 3 months, fees paid in advance and recurring. If you wish to stop or suspend your Membership before the 3 months are up, you will be billed for 3 months and for any leads accepted in that period.



4. Lead refund



HomeProMatch generates leads through the homeowner job requests and our contractor directory. We take steps to ensure that leads are serious and genuine before being distributed to selected contractors in our network. You may be entitled to a refund for a purchased lead only if it meets one or more of the following criteria:


  • All Contact information is incorrect. Prior to the refund being issued, HomeProMatch will confirm that the phone number is indeed incorrect.
  • Lead content was not submitted by the person specified in the contact information supplied.
  • Wrong Job Type selected. We try to categorize every lead accurately, but sometimes a mistake is made. In cases like these, you are entitled to either a complete refund (if you decide not to pursue the job), or the lead price will be reduced to its appropriate price (if you still decide to pursue the job).
  • A lead has been purchased twice by the same contractor due to a technical error.


If you think that a lead you purchased meets any of the conditions listed above, please notify us at admin@homepromatch.com We will verify your information and the lead concerned and as you may qualify for a lead credit.



5. Ratings and reviews policy



Homeowners who employ the services of contractors listed in the HomeProMatch Directory are encouraged to submit feedback and ratings of the contractors performance.


HomeProMatch makes no claim to verifying the authenticity or accuracy of any feedback and rating before it is published to it’s website. All reviews have to be approved by HomeProMatch before they are published. HomeProMatch will not edit feedback and ratings in any way other then to correct spelling mistakes and obvious errors in grammar. HomeProMatch has the discretion to remove feedback that include foul or vulgar language.


Homeowners should be careful to only post accurate statements about their experience with their contractors, as slander laws are designed to protect people/companies from feedback misuse.
